The presentation of the installation must take into account the principle of established operational and the technological limits.

Environmental requirements

The implementation of this installation depends primarily on the adjustment of the Polhemus sensors. These sensors are very sensitive to all the metal elements in the vicinity.  It is imperative that the placement of the installation remain out of reach of any elements of this nature. The part which houses the whole has the following dimensions:
4m X 4m for the displacement of the participant
a release of 2m on each sides for the public
Fixing of the Polhemus antenna to 2,50 in height

In addition to the specific needs of the data-processing, the area accommodating the installation must provide:

Installation

The set-up of the installation requires one full day with one people.

During the presentation, a person from the structure presenting Icare helps the participant discover the environment.

The presentation of the installation requires the presence of one people. The reception facilities will deal with the expenses of lodging and food of this one people.
